Opened ISO file to Edit . Wont save changes as Image file > 10Gb , what can I do to alter an ISO thats this large . Its a multi boot DVD

Your multiboot DVD image may be encrypted. Please try it this way:
1) Open the ISO
2) Edit the content
3) Choose 'File'->'Properties', and check 'Optimize' option
4) 'Save As' it to a new ISO

Got as far as about 67% of the "save as" but then stopped & asked if I wanted to Save file , no point as not completed. Any other ideas ? . Originally  about 23 Mg of files were optimised to a 4.7 Gb DVD
