Hi!
I'm not sure where the problem is, so thought of posting in a new thread, rather than Win7 x64 thread.
Version : UltraISO 9.3.6.2750 Premium.
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate x64
System : ASUS G73Jh-A1 Laptop (i7 920, 8GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz).
Problem : Installs well, runs well for first few times, and then, when run again, starts locking up the whole system, just after loading.
Nothing helps - can't switch anything, mouse freezes, even a playing music stops dead when this happens.
Problem is that, it DOES run for the first few runs - maybe the first 10 or 15 times.
I've tried the following :
1. Run as Administrator
2. Tried turning off UAC
3. Uninstalled and Reinstalled - If I do this, the first instance locks up, not just after the first few runs. I saw this thing happened when I was running Win 7 Home Premium x64 in this same laptop - first few ok runs, then started crashing. Once it starts crashing, it always crashes the whole system.
I'm not able to identify if there are any triggering factors causing this. I use the same hardware everytime - joypads, usb mouse, usb hdds, etc.
I don't see any relations with the installed programs.
I really hope I can solve this problem, since I like this program so much!

Hi there, I am also having this exact problem. I have purchased UltraISO a little while ago and this has been really bothering me.
Please can you offer any guidance. What was in the mysterious PM mentioned above?
If you need to see my proof of purchase or registration details I can supply them via PM (or whatever other method you need).
