I'm using v9.3.6 build 2750 on Win 7 Ultimate x64. I have created 2 virtual CD drives. No matter which one I select to mount ISO images with, nothing happens unless I attempt to do it a 2nd time.

Is this a bug or is there some setting that needs to be changed so that the image mounts the first time I select it please?

when you have select tools and you selected to mount a iso file ..
you need to select a file , and hit the tap mount ..you see now  "iso drive i -loaded"
but now you need to  go  to ..start  select computer  en ..
open here now your virtual drive ..
the virtual drive will open your loaded image..
don't forget to unmount your virtual drive beforre you turn off the computer ...if not ...your virtual drive  wil not load an iso file next thime

Thanks for your reply but I don't use it that way. In Windows Explorer I right click on the virtual drive I want to use then select UltraISO > Mount. A window opens so I can locate the file to mount and I open that. It has always worked that way in the past without ever unmounting the virtual drive itself. It's just that with Windows 7 64bit you have to go through that routine twice before it works.

wel cooper i have tried the way you took..
im using also win7 ultimate x64  ...but it seems that this is not working for me to ..
so i think maybe it is a bug ... are  maybe something has changed whit the last updates from microsoft
