When I open the iso file in ultraiso and do to Write disc image option, It writes to my flashdrive, but it goes kinda fast. and when I plug my flashdrive in and boot from it on start up, it gives me a bunch of errors saying it can't boot. I need help, I don't know what i'm doing wrong. And I do have a lot of experience in computers. I know bios options and trouble shooting

Here is the error when i try to boot from it. and it is spammed at my screen extremely fast.

I think you make a wrong operation.

Please try below:

Insert your flashdrive,then:
1.Open Ultraiso
2.clikck 'Bootable', -> 'Write harddisk img'
3.choice your img
It's OK..

follow this to create a bootable usb stick ..
 http://img844.imageshack.us/slideshow/webplayer.php?id=snap20110530133417001.png
copie and past this in your brouser !
make sure to use an bootable iso ....

somethimes when you use a bootable xp/vista or win7 cd to make an image ..

and you load that image whit ultraiso , you see on the left site of your screen , when it is bootable  ..
ultraiso wil read your image  and gif you a warning.. if not !
it's not a real warning  , only you read  NOT BOOTABLE
if it's not a bootable image you have to load  the bootsektor of your cd that you used beforre ; to make the image
WARNING  the real cd's off microsoft  are secured , you can not extract the boot file from them..
you can use for win7 RT7lite to make a unattendee iso
you can use vlite for a vista to make a unattended iso
you can use nlite  for xp to make a unatended iso
i used all of them .. but the easyer way is to use ultraiso

[IMG]http://img813.imageshack.us/img813....MG]

you can google for this boot file's to  :
i have found mine
BootSe7en.bif > WIN7
vista  >I did't find !!
Boot.bsf > XP
