I previously used this 2gb SD card as a bootable disk for Hiren's Boot CD which worked fine.  I'm now trying to burn a bootable DOS version of Seatools.

I formatted the card as FAT 32kb sectors (as well as NTFS, FAT32 & and exFAT) and all I get is "Burning Process Failed" and "Error 998 writing the device."

I can't seem to find anything on the specific error.

the error meen's , you don't have acces to your SD Card

Most likely the write protect slide on the SD card got accidentally moved to the locked position.  Just slide it back and you should be fine.
