I need to carry out the following instructions:

http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1314029

"To update you have to create an image (FAT) .img file using UltraISO or WinImage, and replicate the file structure of the larger (150MB) hidden partition’s contents."

Can anyone explain just what to do.  I have two directories
extracted from img files and need to create a single img file in FAT format.

UltraISO->"File"->"New"->"Floppy image".
Then use 'Actions'->'Add files' or 'Add directory'
'File'->'Save' to get a .ima file in FAT format.
