Just want to report that the current version of UltraISO is not compatible with Windows 8.1 Enterprise.
Unable to start the application as a normal user but also in "Run as administrator" mode.
Tried in Windows 7 compatibility mode with the same results. The following 2 events are logged in the Application Log:

I know this is late, but I recently found at that Windows 8 doesn't actually disable UAC even if you drop the slider to disabled. You have to go into the registry to force it to:

Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Key: EbableLUA

Change the value from 1 to 0
Value data: 0
