Here is some detailed information about the difference between UltraISO and SoftDisc:
   1) UltraISO is a CD image creator, editor and converter, it can do following things:
. Create ISO image from files and folders in your PC
. Open an image file and add/delete/rename/extract files and folders directly
. Convert many CD/DVD image formats to ISO, BIN, NRG and CCD
   2) SoftDisc is a CD/DVD-ROM emulator and CD image manager, it can do following things:
. Manage all your CD image files
. Mount CD image to virtual DVD-ROMs, so you can use them directly, no need to burn to a real CD-R
   3) Common features
. Make CD image from CD-ROM disc
. Burn CD image on Nero
   4) Relationship
. SoftDisc integrates UltraISO, so it can run UltraISO to do some work as needed

I'm sorry but it is not clear:
how can softDisc integrate UltraISO if sD cost 20$ and UI cost 30$?

I heard somewhere that UltraISO could mount image on virtual drives without to install anything else, is it true?

Only trial version UltraISO is included in SoftDisc.

Yes. Latest version UltraISO has built-in ISODrive, which can mount ISO images without third-party programs.

so, if I buy UltraISO, I can do everything I could do buying SoftDisc, right?
because I missed the point one.. what does "manage all your image files" mean?

It is recommanded to download and setup free tial versions first, then decide which product meets your unique needs.

that's the point :D
I tried UltraISO, and I like it very much, I can do everything I need, but I can't understand what SoftDisc can do better..

I'm pretty convinced, but I can't get that point..
