Hello, I once already wrote this down. But in the mean time I performed a lot of test. I think this problem is just a little bug somewhere, but those can sometimes be very difficult to find. When editing an Dvd-video iso image. Also when assembling video dvd starting from Ifo files all ok. But after the file is written (saved) It turns out to be an UDF file only. Ulta iso as well does not regognize it as a DVD Video anymore. However when burning this file to a dvd using nero express. Dvd is burned well but unreadable in a pc anymore. Well perfect playable in an normal DVD player. What happens is that after File is saved. It is apparently saved whit UDF only and not bridged anymore whit ISO 9990 . When file is saved (whitout UDF vinked on. It is written down like perfect iso files. Nero burns this then not in udf but cdfs format. The new dvd becomes perfect readble in pc (using power dvd or orther dvd program) but the normal dvd player of course gives no play. This happens by editing all image files even whit those who are made with nero burning rom. Ps Nero burning rom DVD -video format works perfectly well fot DVD-5 Format, But not for DVD-9. Iso works perfect for DVD-5 as DVD9 But with or Playable in Normal dvd player or playable in pc but not the bridged DVD. It might be difficult but personnally I think it's probably just a bug in the saving module somewhere.

Thank you stefansp for the detailed information.

ISO-Bridged UDF is always used when creating a DVD-Video image by UltraISO. You can check the final ISO by a third-party program named ISOBuster.

EUREKA!!

Dear XOBEN.

Finally I found the Problem. It is definetely A real bug into ULTRA ISO. However I found a Way To turn around it.

To repeat. 1 ) When Making or editing Video starting from Ifo or original Iso. The file when saved Seems to be turned out into an UDF only file. When burned into DVD-9 Media it just turned out to be a DVD who play's only well into DVD player and not into pc anymore. pc tells dvd is empty.

If at this face I just reopen my newly created Iso file with Ultra iso, Whe can see that it's not an DVD video anymore and only UDF seems to be activated.

If at this stage You edit your file settings By just unvinking The UDF format And Save your file directly. (In saving options Recompile iso when saving directly must be vinked on all the other options off) . It will Just save with recompiling and Guess what   INDEED whe optain the perfect DVD-VIDEO Image Iso 9660 UDF bridged windows/unix 31 ISo9660 file name format. This is the image used on all original Video DVD's . In the mean time I just have to perform a very last test and this just for the DVD-9 media.But currently a run out of dvd 9 media. With DVD 4,7 media it all runs perfect now

Sorry But after all It's not Eureka.

I forgot to check it out in normal dvd-player.

Unfortunately the way I described before Generate an CDFS iso format which does not play in DVD player. So unfortunately back to off. So somehow when saving DVD video there is something wrong into Udf iso bridge and When using DVD 9 The burned media only playes into standard dvd player and not into pc anymore  :(

same here,

everytime you select UDF and save the dvd-video it drops the iso9660 flag and the iso won't be recognized as dvd-video anymore. hopefully this will get fixed soon

My friend give me ISO file create with build 7.6.5.1250 and ask why it still dont work in DVD player ('DVD Shrink' ISO-file work!)
I compare it with original DVD-Video file (or ISO file created by 'DVD Shrink' - it's like similar)...
IsoBuster says:
AUDIO_TS(ISO): LBA=260 (original), LBA=278 (UltraISO);
VIDEO_TS(ISO): LBA=261 (original), LBA=279 (UltraISO);
AUDIO_TS(UDF): LBA=277 (original), LBA=262 (UltraISO);
VIDEO_TS(UDF): LBA=268 (original), LBA=264 (UltraISO);
IFO: LBA=278 (original), LBA=280 (UltraISO).

Why LBA of IFO file is greater by 2 sectors?
Why in UDF 'VIDEO_TS' isn't first?
