I get the below error in Ultraiso on a Win 7 Ultimate machine. Carefully removed all trace of the program and installed 9.3.6.2750 — same thing again.
Happens at the automatic start at the end of install with 2750, and at every attempt to run it thereafter — version 2656 (off a magazine CD) worked for a while some time ago, then developed this same fault.
I'm curious to know what's the likely cause — tried both on an XP machine and they worked fine.

Thanks for your bug report. As this problem cannot be reproduced on our Win 7 systems, we will keep an eye on this issue.

I had the same problem (buffer overflow exception) when i installed ms emet and configurated it with DEP always on. I've solved changing DEP to opt-out and adding a profile for ultraiso where DEP is unchecked and then it works.
Sorry for my english
