I made a mistake on the e-mail address which I gave to PayPal when I was paying for my activation key. Â I tried to resolve the problem with PayPal, but they were not very helpful in this matter.
I have tried sending an e-mail directly to EZB Systems' customer service. Â I advised them of the correct e-mail address (because if they used the other one, it should get bounced back).
I appologize to EZB Systems for any inconvenience this may cause their staff or their registration process. Â But if someone (at EZB Systems) could give me a hand I would certainly appreciate it.
The issue was now resolved by a simple e-mail to EZB Systems customer support.
They were quick in resolving my problem. And I just wanted to say, "Thank you."
It must be difficult when you are running a customer service (in this case providing a software package) company and dealing with all kinds of cusomters.
