I originally bought UltraISO in August 2007 when it was version 8.6.3.2056. At that time I received an e-mail from EZB Systems, Inc with a link to download the file "uiso86pes.exe":
That e-mail instructed me that when installing UltraISO 8.6.x for the first time, I MUST install using the "*pes" file in order to register successfully. I understand that I should never use the "*pe" file (e.g. "uiso8_pe.exe") when installing the software for the first time.
Today I just reinstalled WinXP from scratched.
However, when I clicked on the link in the e-mail to redownload the 8.6 PES file, the system sent me the file "uiso9_pe.exe" instead???
Did UltraISO 9.x do away with the "*PES" (full registered) version? I can't seem to find any link to download the *PES version for 9.x (or 8.6 for that matter, the file is gone).
What should I do? Reinstalling UltraISO after OS reinstallation is just like installing for the first time. If I install UltraISO (for the first time) using the file "uiso9_pe.exe", will it let me register?
