Hi.
It’s been about 30 hours since I bought a license to EasyBoot and still no registration code has been sent.
The tracking code is 7271689; I ordered it on 29 Sep 2010 about 7:55 am, Central Time, USA.
Please help me out with this.

I don't recall any big delay (or any at all for that matter) with getting my registration code for UltraIso when I bought it a few years ago.
Tis somewhat puzzling for me.

I've followed the email instructions for followup after 24 hours, I've sent emails to xoben, I've posted here.
I've no idea what will get the job done, but all I want is my registration key for EasyBoot.
I checked how long it took to get my key for UltraISO.
I placed my order Sat 3/10/2007 2:25 PM.
I got my key at Sat 3/10/2007 1:57 AM.
That is less than 12 hours later if I am reading things rightly.
So why is this taking so long for me and so many others as I note in the other posts in this part of the forum?
