Hi, I purchased magiciso recently (receipt number U4730881701) and was promised a follow up email with a copy of my serial number, which I didn't receive.

I have emailed the contact us on the magiciso site twice and not received an answer. As I've had to replace my machine I need the key to the product I purchased please pm or email asap.
