I refreshed a PC (PC2) that is on windows 8 professional upgraded from windows 7 professional. After refreshing on Windows 8 Professional I install ultraiso back in but filling in the reg code and restarting the program did not save so it still appears not registered

nevermind I got it this time the problem was that the Registration name have to be same instead of my name.

refilling the key in on PC2 doesn't show 2 user license anymore though but it is registered.
