The original ISO file is 710m. I deleted a 230 byte file from the root and save it with the optimize opnion checked. The final ISO file is even bigger than 710m. It's about 726m?
How could it be?

Please choose 'Options'->'Configuration', switch to 'Save' page, then uncheck 'Recoplie ISO when saving directly' option and try it out again.

xoben,
Your suggestion did not work. E.g. I opened an ISO which used to be 440,934 KB and using your recommendation, I changed the name of a file, and the resulting saved ISO became 440,946 KB. Can you please look into this issue? Thanks.

Hi brcd, it is normal that the size of an ISO image changed slightly after saved by UltraISO.
