The new cdrpack doesn't work properly. I cannot write in DAO mode. It always writes in SAO. Is it possible to download the last cdrpack version before this one? Everything worked perfectly with the old version.

This is a normal case. DAO and SAO are the same parameter when burning a CD disc.

THX for the reply, xoben.

I noticed another thing with the cdrpack: when it finishes burning it immediately stops without writing a leadout (at least it looks to me like that). The old cdrpack always took some time to write a leadout.

When I then check the burned CD with the MD5 tool, the amount of sectors differs a lot from the ISO image. I have to tick the ISO volume checkbox before checking to get the same amount of sectors. With the old cdrpack the sector amount was the same without ticking. Using the old cdrpack it felt as if the burned CD is an exact copy. With the new one I'm not so sure.

Most CD recording programs (including Nero, Roixo, RecordNoe, etc) write padding blocks when burning a CD-R disc, that's why the option 'Enable ISO Volume Filter' is supported.

Your CD-R cannot be accessed if leadout area is missed.
