Usefull option to hide folders. You won't be able to "see" this content even if you turned on the show hidden files and folder in windows...

UltraISO does not support D-Tools 4 yet.

and then how can I show them again after I burned the ISO?! yeah I heard that those files\folderswith advanced hidden option will be Invisible in DOS & Windows
but what's the advantage of this option? can you elaborate?

I use it to hide the folders of my unattended Windows Installation CD... this way, the layout is cleaner and my work is somehow protected.

I wish it was trully "irreversible" for a good protection...

Daaaaaaaaaaaaamn!I knew it's for something great like that
wow man you mademy dreams came through by this, so the uAXPSP2CD now works fine but the folders and the files are hidden like Ghosts!
I'm so fond trying protecting my CDs,I tried TZ proggies, kinda cool but difficult to use and buggy
so correct if am wrong: this advanced hidden option for not letting the newbies and avarage-joe users to see what's inside from important settings like the winnt.sif and RunExOnce.cmd ........etc  and also not to remove the cool oemlogo.bmp lol?

and yeah sure it's doesn't protect from burning and other stuff

[EDIT]
I'm so thrilled for the idea, I made all my uAXPSP2CD ISO files attributed Advanced Hidden, I load the ISO by Daemon Tools 4, and that's the big surprise, nothing is there except of some text files that I left them Visible!
and to make sure , load it in VMware and Bingo! still boots up normally and Setup Windows XP like nothing abnoraml is there
####! I wished I know this trick ages before  :D

[EDIT2]
Oh man, Windows Setup told me to Insert CD XPSP2!
so here is the Q, what files are safe to be atrributed AH and then the uAXPSP2CD works fine?

Ah Ha! that's the catch, you have to leave the indend files "visible" at the root:

WIN51
WIN51IP
WIN51IP.SP2

(you can still use regular hidden attribute on theses files if you want)

I agree with you, this is one of the most interesting feature for me! I just wish this could be irreversible like I saw on those Acronis Bootable Media...

Actually, it is possible to really hide a file on a disk with ISO9660 and Joliet. It requires manual editing of the generated ISO file, though, using a hex editor (I would recommend [Sen's] Hiew 7).

The idea is that, if any Joliet-capable OS sees that the CD has a Joliet file system, it would ignore the ISO9660 one. Therefore, by removing a file's directory entry from the Joliet filesystem, it would be non-existant in the view of OS's such as Windows and Linux, and also on applications such as UltraISO and WinISO.

But there's a catch: to gain access to that file, you need to use the ISO9660 filesystem, which is something you can't decide for (except with IsoBuster). Therefore, one could really hide the boot folder of some XP (because the bootloader - setupldr.bin - uses only ISO9660), but not the XP kit itself. Also, in good old plain DOS, such "hidden" files are visible at all times, because MSCDEX/SHSCDEX/NWCDEX only use ISO9660, and not Joliet.

Anyway, think I just got the idea for a new suggestion for xoben...

Please post a description of exactly what have you done.

I'm using CDShell in conjunction with EasyBoot a great deal, and I haven't ever encountered this problem. Most likely, you did something wrong, or didn't do something you had to.
