I have downloaded a software program, used RAR to unpack and now have three folders, each with a .bin and .cue file; as I understand it, I point to the .cue file, convert to standard ISO, then point to the new ISO file and click F7 or "burn", and repeat for all three folders - Is this correct? Do I need to install any type of burner software other than UltraISO? If so, what software seems most compatible? Should the program/CD autorun once it is burned? Thanks for your help.

Yes.
Another chioce: Download CDRPack for UltraISO from http://dw.ezbsys.net/cdrpack.exe , setup it, the you can burn .CUE files directly.
