Is it possible, with UltraISO to convert a PAL ISO to an NTSC version? Actually, I have the VIDEO_TS folder right now (VOB files, etc), which are PAL files directly from a DVD, and I was about to create a DVD from that. However, I would prefer it be in the NTSC format. Any thoughts on how I should go about this?

DVD authoring programs such as MyDVD and VideoStudio may help you to re-create a DVD-Video title in NTSC format.
