I have successfully created a drive mapping floppy disk for a Dimension 8250 and a bootable CD with Easy CD Creator.
The CD boots fine and so does the floppy. I have added the Drive Mapping files that I know work onto the CD
My Autoexec.bat looks like this

But it currently won't boot up into ghost, but just boots from the cd and then goes through the process as if it is going to boot, and then goes back to the A:\
I can change to the D:\ and see all the files fine.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get it to boot and load ghost pointing to the drive mapping on my server
