I lookm through alot of posts and alos used the search, but couldn't find any answers.

I have Call of Duty 2 (Legit, brought from a store). it has 5cd's with it, the 1st is the only one needed when you want to play the game so i tried to make an .iso.

the making of the image starts but it goes very slow, after about 30mins it's only done about 2-3%.

however when i put my own custom dvd made up of avi's it would make the image in 15mins.

yes wierd, i hope there is a solution, but i was also wondering, is the speed of which you can make an image only as fast as the speed of which it was burnt at?

Thanks

Your CD may be copy-protected, it is recommanded to use CloneCD(http://www.slysoft.com) to backup them.
