Is there any way to generate an MD5 value for the boot image in an ISO and/or to compare that to a physical CD using UltraISO? I regularly build bootable CD/DVD media, and need to be able to determine if this exists in the ISO and a resulting CD/DVD. MD5 checksums do not take into account the boot sector of an ISO or CD/DVD.

Thank you

Please do it this way:
1) Choose 'Tools'->'Check CD/DVD Disc' from main menu
2) Change 'ISO Image' as source, and browse for the ISO image file, then click 'Check' to get MD5 signature of the ISO
3) Change source to 'CD/DVD Drive', click 'Check' to get MD5 singnature of the media
4) Compare the MD5 code

Note: It is recommanded to check 'Enable ISO Volume Filter' if 'Sectors' value of ISO and media is not identical.
