I followed xoben's instructions for merging ISO files on the pinned topic of the same name:

Step by step instructions:
1) Download both UltraISO and SoftDisc from http://www.ezbsystems.com/download.htm, set up them
2) Start UltraISO, open one ISO image
3) Mount another ISO to virtual drive by pressing F6
4) Choose 'Actions'->'Add directory' from main menu, and select the virtual drive to add all files and folders to ISO image
5) Save to a new image

The problem is that when I get to step 4 there is already a folder in my original ISO called "VIDEO_TS" with the same files in it.  If I rename the second "VIDEO_TS" folder to "VIDEO_TS2" or something and then create the ISO and burn it to a DVD only the first burned ISO file shows up.  Is there something else I need to do to get both ISO's, each of which have their own "VIDEO_TS" folders, on one DVD which will just play them back to back?  Thanks.

For DVD-Video ISO's, it is recommanded to use third-party DVD-authoring program such as Nero Vision, Sonic MyDVD, etc.
