Hi Folks I use U-ISO to make uncompressed backup images on DVDs. My problem is that i seem to make my images just a little too big to burn to a 4.7Gb DVD. I usually have to edit the image, delete some files and then recompile. I then need to check the image size again.
Is there a setting that warns me to change media when i exceed the standard media sizes? Eg: 4.7GB (4.707.319.808 bytes)
I cannot use file splitting as i would like my DVDs to be seen by systems that have no ISO editing sw.
Also i have been looking for a description of what "Optimize" actually does within the image/DVD

1) It is recommanded to use 'File'->'Simulated Save' to detect size of saved ISO image 2) Optimize is a option for coding same files in different folder only once
