when i enter empty disc to burn image file, my operating system identifies empty disc but the ultraiso program says disc is not empty. :(

Please make sure that you are using latest version 8.63.

If possible, please post detailed information about your recorder (such as LG GSA-H20L 1.01) and media type (such as DVD+R).

Same here... I'm using a Toshiba laptop with Matshita DVD-RAM UJ-841S 1.6

I just opened two locked DVD-R package and I'm getting this message for both DVD: "The disc is not empty"

Please help!
