I am using XP as non-admin with UltraISO 9.0.0.2336. It would not remember any settings at all, like skin, virtual drive settings, window size, etc. It isn't writing to HKEY_CURRENT_USER at all. It worked under the administrator account and it wrote to HKEY_CURRENT_USER, in order to resolve this I had to grab the admin's ultraiso settings and import it into the non-admin. Now it will remember settings.

Did you setup UltraISO under your non-admin account?
