Hello,
I'm a new user here but did a search on this topic and didn't get any result. What I'm experiencing is:
- It takes way too long to open UltraISO, and navigating menu is also very laggy. Changing settings either takes forever or doesn't take place. - I can't mount ISO files on virtual CD-ROM. When I right click on the virtual drive, the explorer hangs for a while then nothing happens. (explorer becomes normal)
After a few re-installations, I found out that UltraISO and Kaspersky don't like each other. If Kaspersky is not running, UltraISO seems to act normally.
I have tried many things both in UltraISO and Kaspersky. Adding UltraISO to 'exclusion' list in Kaspersky (i.e. non-risk software) doesn't help.
What should I do? Both programs are up to date. (UltraISO 9.33, Kaspersky 2009)
Oh, and I did not have this problem with UltraISO 8 and Kaspersky 7, so it's even more puzzling..
Thanks in advance.

2 penguinbelly: I also have such problem. Both programs are up to date. If you already have your solution, please post it here.
