I burn my pendrive Patriot XT 200x with UltraISO
in format USB-HDD+.
I don't want this, how back this operation?

You may format your pendrive with windows or third-party utilities, or just delete files and folders on it and reuse as normal.

In fact, nothing is needed to do for your USB-HDD+ flsah drive.
If you want to create a new bootable USB system with third-party tools, they will re-write boot sector automatically; otherwise you can use it as a normal pendrive for reading and writing files and folders.
