Does anybody know what the problem is. I downloaded the latest trail version of Ultra Iso but after the instalation, when I open the program and click the "try again" button, the program freezes up and I get a "not responding" message.

Sorry, I am sure that "not responding" is not a message from UltraISO. Please provide detailed information about your OS and the exact message displayed.
