i'm new in this one but i download the mac tiger iso file and don't now how to instal it. if someone now how help please
this is the file Mac.OS.X.Tiger.10.4.3.For.x86.PC.iso

Not sure if it works this way: Burn the ISO to a DVD disc, then boot your PC from DVD-ROM drive.
