Actually, the VISTA beta 1 DVD I've seen has both an UDF and an ISO9660 file system.Anyway, you needn't care; any OS newer than Win98 SE (including XP) has native UDF support.

... but if i open this iso with ultraiso , only a file "readme.txt" is visibly .

UltraISO 7.6.5.1250 can open Windows Vista ISO now, you can grab it from < http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/download.htm >
