my iso will burn 100% but then it say failed to complete disc at once. its happened about 4 times now. so anyone know how to fix it

Do you have Nero or other burning software on your computer?

How can I add files or directory files to ultraIso ? I try like this: Action then add files or add directory to ultra iso but not working . please help . Thanks
