Hey all,

Have an issue i am trying to resolve. Here is my scenerio. I have a laptop with a dvdrom. I made an image of it with ghost, came to 3.5gig, I want to put it on a dvd and have it bootable so it boots in ghost and then i want to be able to choose the image on the dvd or have it find it itself and reimage the laptop.

So I was able to make my dvd bootable with Ultra ISO BUT it wouldnt recognize the ghost image file on the dvd. The image is on the dvd i know that for sure, but for whatever reason i cannot get ghost to recognize the ghost image when i boot from the DVD.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

Ghost running in DOS is very bad with long filenames (if it ever works). Make sure your .gho files burned on the DVD are only 8 characters with a 3 character extension.
