Hi

When I want to burn a special Image the "Burn Image" dialog always shows me the error message "Initialization failed". What do I have to do to burn the image.

Please run the .REG file in attachment to avoid this problem.

Hi

Thanks for reply. I opened the .reg file and put it into the registry but the problem still exists. Did I make everything right or is the file damaged?

By default, UltraISO will initialize NeroAPI if Nero is found on your computer. The .REG file above will disable this procedure and use UltraISO's build-in burning engine directly.

1) Are you using the latest version 8.1.2.1625? If not, please download UltraISO from < http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/download.htm > and setup it.
2) If your problem still exists, please provide detailed error message for checking.

I downloaded the latest version and I could burn the Image.
