I am getting the message device can't be opened while trying to erase a disk and burn an image. any ideas?

I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Also, i have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still get the same message. In the screen shot, the first error message if from trying to burn an image, the second for trying to erase the cd-rw and the third is for trying to burn the image again.

This error message is reported by NeroAPI. Please< switch to UltraBurn > and try again.

PS: If you are using an older version before V8.12, please upgrade it to latest version.
