Is UltraISO allow directories with 1000s of files in a directory?

So far the only program that allows that is winISO.

Also are you able to create an ISO over 4gigs?

1) Please choose 'File'->'New'->'UDF DVD Image', then you can put nearly unlimited number of files in a folder. For example, 350,000 files. Even for ISO volume, 1000 files is not a problem.

2) UltraISO does create ISO's above 4GB. If you are using FAT32 system, UltraISO can split it automatically with .ISZ format.
