I have the original Sega CD disc of Sonic CD (US) and I want to put the soundtrack from the Japanese version in the image instead of the US one. I extracted the audio from the Japanese Beta Build 920 and replaced the files in the US image but the disc does not play. It cannot read it. Is there a way I can do this and have it work? Thanks.

Sorry, UltraISO does not support editing hybrid CD images.
