I have an ISO file which is a software. When you load the iso file to a virtual drive, it automatically brings up the screen to install the program and stuff.

I want to add another file into the ISO, and then burn the ISO to a CD. So next time, when I put the CD in my computer, I want the ISO to be able to do what it did before and allow me to browse through all the files in the CD so I can look at the file I added to the ISO. How do I do this?

Currently, the ISO I have right now, when I load it with Daemons Tools, its going to automatically pop up a window for the software. But when I go to My Comptuers and click on the drive, it also pops up the window, it DOESN'T let me browse through all the files and folders. How do I browse through all the files and folders?

Please do it this way:
1) Start UltraISO
2) Open the ISO image by 'File'->'Open'
3) Rename file 'autorun.inf' to '_autorun.inf'; or delete this file
4) Add new files by 'Actions'->'Add Files' as wanted
5) Save

Why would I delete the 'autorun.inf' file? I mean, doing this would make it NOT auto run right? See I want it to auto run when you put the CD into the PC. But I want to be able to browse through the files when I go to My Computers >>> CD/DVD drive.

Also, what do I do if I have an cue/bin file instead of ISO?

If autorun.inf exists, Windows will load it automatically. Please refer to manual of your OS for how to change that behavor.
