There seems to be a bug in this release. When I try to open an .iso created by the previous version, I get an "Cannot Open - Access Error" or something close to that. The iso explorer then opens but the .iso doesn't. I gave UltraISO "Run as administrator" rights and it didn't help. The iso can be mounted though. I'm Running Vista HomePremium. I went back to the previous version and all is now OK. Posted by xoben on Jul. 12 2007,20:16

Hi!To avoid any confusion - is the md5 in the top post for the old version with the known bug or for the newer version? I downloaded it today and I get the EAccess-errors but I want to be sure that I'm actually using the fixed version. Just in case DL-sites hasn't been updated or something. PS: A small utility at < http://dw.ezbsys.net/filecut.exe > may help you to cut the first 1MB from your ISO image. |
