Suggestion: Install a third-party virtual CD/DVD drive named Daemon-Tools ( < http://www.disc-tools.com/download/daemon > ), which works in Safe Mode of Windows XP.

Great it worked. thanks. I have a Quick Question.
In NOrmal Mode once we install UltraISO it shows a Virtual CD/DVD drive so that we can mount an image, is there a version of Ultra ISO that will show up in Safe mode also.

Because i think that will also be an Added great feature in Ultra ISO, without installing other Third party Tools .

Thank you so much for your Time and Useful Reply. I really Appreciate it.

When I run UISO I no longer see any virtual CD/DVD drive.

I had to reinstall the software after a rebuild, and since then, I am unable to mount anything to a virtual drive - I get the error No Virtual CD/DVD drive found!

Do I need to put  Deamon Tools back on first to create one?
Thanks
Paul

Hello typhooner, are you using Wincodws XP or Vista?

Tips for your problem:
1) Choose 'Options'->'Configuration', switch to 'Virtual Drive' page. If 'ISO Drive' is the current driver, please set 'Number of Devices' to a value between 1 to 8.
2) If no virtual drive is found, please re-install UltraISO.
