is there ways on how to create fully silent unattended ultraiso installation?

i downloaded a " windows xpower high performance os" iso file and my computer will not recognize this file (used nero to burn to cd). how can i make it "bootable"(?)? please note that i am [B]very computer illiterate and need detailed instructions!
