Hi guys,

Now I know the question has been asked before and I have read the two topics relating to this but I am still unable to get this working...

Can someone please post up a step by step set of instruction for installing and running UltraISO from a USB stick?  I am a registered user of the app (just bought it and am awaiting my reg key) and I would like the app to run without prompting for the reg code each time and without adding anything to the host system when I run it.

If this can be achieved my company would be seriously considering buying around 20 licenses for pen drive users.  Oh one more point - if this can be done will the user require admin privileges on the host system to run the app?

Many Thanks in advance,

HeadSwim.

Tips:
1) Setup UltraISO
2) Create a new folder in root directory of USB disk (U:, for example), name it as UltraISO
3) Copy file "C:\Program Files\UltraISO\ultraiso.exe" and folder "C:\Program Files\UltraISO\drivers" to "U:\UltraISO"
4) Create a new text file in U:\UltraISO, name it as uikey.ini and enter two lines of information:
UserName='xxxxx'
Registration='yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy'
Note: please replace 'xxxxx' with registration name, 'yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy'  with registration code
5) (optional) Run UltraISO, press 'Ctrl+Alt+E' to export curret confoguration to ultraiso.ini, copy it to U:\UltraISO

Thanks for the tips!  Worked a treat this time.  I guess it had something to do with having the trial version installed before maybe?  (Just a guess based on the line in the registration email "For first time registration, you MUST re-download and setup the full version software from the URL given above, no need to uninstall the trial version")

Anyway a great product and very useful now it is in its portable form.  Maybe you guys could include an "Export to USB" option in the menu's in the next version for registered users only and get it to support relative path names for the "My ISO's" folder?

Keep up the good work, I'll let you know how the trial at work goes...
