I'm trying to figure out whats happening here. When I open an ISO file it should be 4.3gb and bootable. When it opens its only 136kb and only lists my boot files.

It should have two other directories, I need to go into them to edit something but they aren't even there.

edit: Mistake on description for title should be 136kb instead of 4.3GB

edit2: I changed it to HFS Volume and I was able to find the rest of the files (still only 3.7gb instead of 4.3gb) but when I try to replace a file, it says I cant, how do I replace a file in this program??

It seems a hybrid DVD image.

At present, UltraISO cannot edit this kind of images.
