Using the latest UltraISO release. Double-clicking on an ISO file does nothing in Vista. Here are the file extension actions:

Action: Open with &UltraISO
Application: "C:\Program Files\UltraISO\UltraISO.exe" "%1"

Process explorer reports that the System is using the ISO image after I double-click on it to open it.

How can I get UltraISO to open ISO files in Vista?

UltraISO->"Options"->'Configuration'->'Integration'.

PS: If UAC is enabled, please right click on desktop icon of UltraISO, choose 'Run as Administrator' from popup menu, then change settings.
