Topic: 11GB ISO on USB hard drive?  Hitting the wall

Well, I have compressed 3 different laptop images into a WIM file, and have packed it into a boot disk (windows PE) 11GB (10.89gb) total iso size.  When I write the ISO to my my USB harddrive it rips the wim down to 2.5 GB...which is not booting afterwards.  Can anyone assist in where I have gone wrong here?  I have used the "simulated save" and it reflects the correct ISO size....and the ISO rips to the same size.  I take the application's reccomendation of going UDF-DVD, but still no joy.  I need to get this thing on the USB hd to save a TON of time deploying 100 toughbooks.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

Suggestion:
1) Format your USB disk with NTFS file-syetem
2) Use 'Xpress Boot'->'Xpress Write' to create a bootable USB
