I would like to know how we can Burn CD/DVD without first saving ISO? I have large size of files of which if i make ISO image it will take plenty of space so i just want to directly burn the files? Is there anyway i can do that?

some guys recommend gBurner  to me but I am more familiar with UltraISO, so it can get it done, I won't consider other tools

You should be able to burn without creating an ISO image assuming you have a data CD/DVD and there are not locks on the CD/DVD. FYI I always create an ISO of my CD/DVD just so I don't have to keep track of the CD/DVD. I store the ISO files on a RAID 5 array and if it is really important I back it up to another drive. I'm lucky in that I have 12TB of space on my system and several external hard drives.

Try the following:
Open UltraISO
Put your CD/DVD in your drive
Open two Windows Explores and in one WE window go to your CD/DVD drive
Position all windows (WE and UltraISO) so you can see all three
In the second WE window create a TEMP folder and open it
Single-click anywhere in the WE window for the CD/DVD drive, Press Ctrl+A to select all of the files
Left-click on any file in the WE group, drag-n-drop on the to the temp folder
Remove the CD/DVD
In the temp folder, press Ctrl+A to select all of the file
Left-click on any file in the WE group, drag-n-drop on the to the UltraISO window
Insert a blank CD/DVD in your drive
In the UltraISO window click on the BURN icon.

This should work for a LIMITED set of CD/DVD because a lot of them will have copy protection. With all of the above you would be better off creating an ISO, save the ISO, burn it to a blank CD/DVD and then erase the ISO file.
