Topic: Ordered license, suspect email got in spam folder

On April 16, 2013 I sent a purchase request to my corporate manager for IT to purchase a single license for my use at work for a software inventory project (SAM).  When I contacted the purchasing manager at corporate today about the purchase, he stated that he believes the email has been automatically deleted by our spam filter since the email originated from China.  Other than the domain for being registered in China, there is no other indication of where EZB operates out of.  Please at least put the country of origin for your company on your About Us page so that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.

As for the purchased license key, could you please resend it to my work email?  I don't want to get spammed from putting it on this forum, so I will wait for a response in a private message from one of your support staff.

So almost a month later and still absolutely no response from EZB support regarding this issue.  This is not instilling much confidence.
