hi friends, i have original winxp SP2 cd. i want to make a copy of it.(bootable xp cd) i made the image first using nero ver 6.6.0.8a i load this image file (image.nrg) in ultraiso.. then i simply add more directories (image dir) to make the cd capacity to 700 MB. then i save this edited file using ultra iso. I choose the option save as (*.nrg) . and then when i burn this image file. the windows XP SP2 do not function properly.
My issue is as follows
1. I put this newly created cd in cd rom which is Windows XP SP2 image file
2. Set first boot device to Cd-rom
3. I see the screen where the files from the cd are getting copied to computer. and then i recieve some error message.. which is in dos error as exception.

I read some of your topics the procedure i followed later is as follows.

1. I put original Windows XP SP2 cd in cd rom
2. Open Nero and choose the option create cd image i again save the file as image.nrg
3. open ultraiso and then load this image.nrg file
4. Saved boot file information from bootable option from the menu bar
5. Click on add directory and then add some more directory in this image file
6. This time i click on load boot file and loaded the same boot file which i saved just few moments ago.
7. Finally after all the editiing work i finally save the file again.
8. When i burn this image file.
9. Same problem countinues to persist.
10. I am unable to boot from this cd.  10A. I put this newly created cd in cd rom which is edited Windows XP SP2 image file
10B. Set first boot device to Cd-rom
10C. I see the screen where the files from the cd are getting copied to computer. and then i recieve some error message.. which is in dos error as exception.

What am i suppose to do friends... i waste nearly 7 cd's trying various combinations.. uninstalled and reinstalled ultraiso 5 times.. still no solution... please help me buddy :( .. my email address is hi13182@gmail.com... suggestion via email is also welcome :)

Suggestion:
1) Start UltraISO
2) Put the original XP SP2 CD to a DVD/CD drive, choose 'File'->'Open CD/DVD' to open it
3) Add files and folder as wanted
4) Choose 'File'->'Save As' to get a new ISO file
5) Test the ISO with Virtual PC or VMWare first and make sure it works
6) Burn to a CD-R disc
