Hello xoben,
I have some HFS+ images that UltraISO doesn't handle correctly.
R U interested in them? They're not malformed, are good ones.
Let me know.

Ofcourse, it doesn't see/handle the *.rsrc files reporting that they're 0 in size.

Hello Alastor, this is a feature limitation. At present, UltraISO handles data fork only, the resource fork is ignored because it cannot be used under Windows environment.

Dear xoben,
it can be used, usually contains icons and that's what I'm interested in.
So please, if it's not much trouble or difficult for you to implement, please do.
Really thanks for your time on read my posts.

I second that! I download numerous Mac icons and convert them. Most icon artists just save the files with Stuffit. In Stuffit, under 'Options' there is a 'Cross Platform' section. If you leave the 'Discard Mac Resource fork' checked, once you expand a Mac icon archive, you get a '0' filesize. There are three other Cross Platform options in Stuffit, but I've selected 'Encode each resource fork into AppleDouble format, and when I expand a Mac icon archive, I get a file with the correct filesize that I can convert.
Problem is some icon creators are saving their icons as a .dmg. You're product is the only one that I've found that can convert, but by discarding the resource fork, the data gets lost. I'm sure you know Stuffit and it's options, so if you'd like an example of some icon files I can hook you up with links, just so you can test it yourself.
When I found your product and watched it do the conversion I swear I was getting out my credit card; you have no idea how long I've searched or tried to figure out HOW to convert .dmg's.

When converting DMG to ISO, the resource fork will be keeped properly.
PS: Alastor's problem relates to extracting files from a HFS+ volume.

I only took it a step further - I converted to iso. When I viewed the .dmg file with UltraISO, the file sizes for the icons were at 0 as well. I assumed that was because my pc wouldn't understand HFS+ and like Stuffit, once converted, the files would be okay. The .rsrc files that Alastor is refering to, once renamed to .icns, are recognizable on a PC when IconWorkshop is installed. There is something that's lost though when that resource fork is ignored.
If it helps, I've included an example - http://www.resexcellence.com/archive....els.sit - you'll see the file size is about 5 meg, but once it's expanded and the .dmg file is viewed with UltraISO, all the filesizes are 0, so whatever is being discarded by UltraISO is a necessary element to those files.
